Abstract This paper presents research conducted in the United Arab Emirates with management of Bareburger, chain sustainable restaurants, as well among its clients. In our project, we are interested relation between offer sustainability and culture conscious consumption. The opinions industry experts customers collected an interview session analyzed to derive answer questions. focuses on finding possibility changing mindset habits consumers creating impact consumer behavior by offering a responsible nutrition model.
